Affiliate Disclosure

In plain words

Some links on BatteryPlaces are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission from the retailer or brand. This comes at no extra cost to you: you pay the same price either way.

It does not change what we recommend

Commissions do not decide what we write about, which products we mention, or what we say about them. Our guides are based on manufacturers' published specifications and other authoritative sources, which we link on each page. Deal listings show the price we saw, where we saw it, and when we checked.

Where you will see this

Deal pages and articles that link to brand or retailer sites show a short note near the top, like this:

Disclosure: some links on this page go to brand or retailer sites. Some may be affiliate links, and BatteryPlaces may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not change what we recommend. How this works.

Amazon

Once we join the Amazon Associates program, this applies: As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Other programs

We may also join affiliate programs run by brands or other retailers. The same rules apply: commissions never change our recommendations, and you never pay more.
